    We Confirm Your Order

    We'll lock in your total. All catering orders need 72 hours notice — so call early, spots fill up.

    Pick Up July 4th

    Pickup is Saturday, July 4th from 12:30–1:00 PM. Location will be confirmed with you directly when your order is placed.

Redeemed BBQ Catering Menu: Whole Wagyu Brisket $250, Full Rack of Spare Ribs $40, Sausage Links $6, Whole Boneless Turkey Breast $80 (feeds 5-10). Sides: Full Pan $50, Half Pan $25, choose from Hearty Smoked Baked Beans, Mustard Potato Salad, Lime and Honey Slaw, Elote Corn, Smoked Green Beans. Inquire about desserts. 72-hour notice required. Delivery available up to 20 miles: $20 fee under 10 miles, $40 fee over 10 miles. Tips greatly appreciated.
